Immediately pulled out the filled doctor's bag, the suit was slightly torn off. Oh oh! Decided the "pants" were too long to make the escape easier! Used a large safety pin behind each "arm" to pull my pants up. The dog happily ran forward to greet the trick or treating to their utter delight. Ideal for dogs that do not tolerate headgear. 20 lb cairn blend = LARGE. Would come again, minor modifications may be needed depending on breed.
