After about a week of using and downloading basic software like Office and Norton I got a blue screen for no apparent reason but it didn't come back. A week ago I submitted a "Call Me Now" support request on the Lenovo website, but no one ever called back. I did a system restore through windows and since then there have been no problems with the system. The pen that came with the computer is not working (does not transmit a Bluetooth signal). There is still no answer to the warranty case (3 days) opened on the Lenovo website.
