Follow the reviews and go up in size and I found this to be a mistake but I think it might be coincidental if you are between sizes small and small fits me better than medium there is a bit of extra fabric on the front and also the back if i don't pull the bottom of the cake which is not what i'm looking for i really like the style better than some of my more expensive brands because the cover is like a thong but there Fabric is They are great, highly recommend
