I ordered two, one black and one real wood. They were both well wrapped and boxed, with styrofoam around the edges, so I was shocked to see that the wood had a chip on the corner when I removed the styrofoam. Leads me to believe it was already packaged damaged in transit and undamaged (as the box was fine. I knew the quality would be worth paying a little less, but it would be nice if the plastic cup holder was laser cut correctly, as there was some rough edges (not visible on black but very noticeable on wood due to the color contrast) I ended up using a blade to trim it properly I won't mess around with a return because it still serves its purpose, but i am very disappointed that one of them arrived damaged i gave it three stars as the black one arrived in good condition.
