Customer service is very nice and they will try to fix the problem but I ordered biscotti but they sent me a champagne color. I told them and they sent me more flowers to put in my dress and when the new flowers got here you know what? the color of champagne again! It's so frustrating to see that I need this dress for my wedding. They gave me my money back and now I have a dress that I can't wear until I go out and buy flowers the color I want and fill it. On the back, under the zipper, there is a hole that opens and you can change colors. That's the only good thing that happened to this dress. this is normal quality. You get what you pay for. much luck!
