Great filter! My water has never been so refreshing and delicious. I have used several different portable filter systems and this is by far the best. Many people complain that ZeroWater can have a rancid taste and odor, leading to frequent filter changes. One reviewer wrote a simple solution that I strictly follow: Take filtered ZeroWater water and pour it into another container, then air dry the jug and ZeroWater filter. I do this several times a day (I drink a lot of water and use it for cooking). My filter lasts 3 months! These filters are expensive, but the differences are huge. If your pitcher is starting to fill up, it's either because you need to change the filter, or because there's some sort of clog (or air bubble), give it a little shake and you'll see the water flow.
