When the back is closed, the button stays depressed. This makes it impossible to press the button again. This only works if the back is left open and the velcro is open. I ordered one, thinking it was user error, then ordered a second one and encountered the same problem. We have the other 6 Linkimals and we love them - they are my 18 month old's favorite toys so we were very excited to get this new one. It is a pity, however, that this does not work.
