It's comfortable for the baby but only lasts a few months.
We used the bib for about 4 months before having to throw it away because of the terrible smell of the fabric. We wash it after every meal and hang it outside to dry so I'm not sure why that's a problem. The Bumkins bib we bought at the same time is still holding up well.
