Doesn't work on '07 Accord 2.4L

Doesn't work on my '07 Honda Accord 2.4L. Installed the wheels don't spin, methodically removed and put everything back together, still nothing. I am an aircraft mechanic by trade and have been involved with automobiles my entire life. It's too late to go back, but at least I can warn others. Buyer Warning!
