I got the DR-720 drum through a third party from Revain (didn't look at the seller during verification) and the drum keeps stalling when I print documents. contacted V4INK and we found out that the drum I bought was from a third party and not from V4INK. BUT Miranda from V4INK Support stands by her product and is sending a replacement throughout the crazy pandemic. V4INK's new drum replacement performs like a champ and my printer (Brother MFC-8710DW) prints almost like a Brother drum that costs a lot more.
