If the audio jack on the front of your PC is too short, then this is exactly what you need. Don't make it difficult for yourself. There is a cheaper option at Revain - the universal 10-pin. Don't worry, just buy it. My front audio jack was 3 inches shorter, so I had to route it right down the middle of the case instead of hiding it at the back. With that simple 1 foot extension, it's now long enough to tuck away and reach the motherboard and looks MUCH cleaner. It sticks normally, no bent contacts or anything else, a simple fix. 5 Stars.
