Review on 🪑 Milano Counter Stool by Linon - 18”W x 19”D x 38”H - Medium Cream/Dark Walnut by Susan Oliver

Ordered because we replaced an older version of the stools that we have been using for 15 years. I love the look of this stool and the cushions looked better in person than in the picture. We ordered 4. We opened the first one and started assembling but stopped on the first two steps because the holes in the seat didn't line up properly with the back of the stool. Opened the second one and found the same problem. View of the seat. It looks like part of the cushion is attached off-center to the tree. If you look at the second picture you will see that the seat is almost flush with the left side of the chair and is almost 1/2 inch from the edge on the right side. This is roughly the same as getting the holes misaligned. There was nothing we could do but take the seat apart and put the cushion back on the base. not something we were willing to try. Tried to call company support and waited 45 minutes, kept getting "You are next in line".
