Charge and use my iPad Pro off my charger , and because it has a CC connector for faster charging, my old 15-foot C-USB cable barely charged my iPad Pro during use. The only downside is that this cable is much thicker and not as flexible as my old C-USB cable, also the head of this cable is bigger and doesn't fit my iPad Pro unless you pull the rubber protector off the iPad and then connect it. Everything else is fine with the cable. So if you don't have protection on your iPad, you should be fine
