The piece itself is fine - much like other flat-pack furniture. It's going together well enough as other similar pieces do, but actually check the inventory for all pieces before assembly!Our cabinet came with two of the same side panels instead of one each of the complimentary side panels. I didn't notice the discrepancy until I got to that assembly step, with a third of the cabinet already assembled. I didn't feel like repacking it and exchanging it, so I contacted their customer service to have the correct panel shipped. Their response was prompt, apologetic, and polite, but they couldn't really help me. They had no replacement parts on hand, so they suggested I return it, fix it myself, or purchase a replacement part at a local store (Whom did they think would have such a piece on hand?). They offered a discount in the form of a partial refund if I chose one of the latter options, so props for offering something in compensation for my trouble.I had the necessary tools available, so I cut a new groove and drilled some new holes to allow the extra panel to function as the missing one, but their quality control and ability for follow-up service leaves something to be desired.
