After years of electrolysis my hair occasionally gets frizzy. I really don't want to drive an hour to the nearest electrologist and buy an entire session for just a hair. For this purpose this little machine is perfect. If you've never done electrolysis before, I wouldn't recommend it. Knowing what to expect from it helped me use it effectively. Do you want to remove all the hair on your legs? Unless you want to do this as a full-time job, I wouldn't recommend it. It's very slow. The included tweezers are practically useless. You probably have workers at home. use them As I have no professional training and this is not a professional device I find it easiest to use on thick hair. It is very difficult for me to use the probe on fine hair. Like other reviewers, I find the beep annoying. I'm sure there could be a better way of making this show when the power is on. But at least I know it works. At this price it's perfect for a touch up. Keep your expectations in line with the price.
