Wet but still a good choice!
Got so many compliments on this bag! I'm glad I bought! My only downside is that the gems were still wet when I received them, you could tell they had glued them together and then packaged them for shipping and the smell of the glue was very strong! But when I let it dry it was great! So inspect it to make sure all the stones are there and enjoy!
