So I paid $7 for 3 stones, which felt like a good deal for something that might help remove the ring of scale from my toilet. I opened the package and each stone is individually wrapped in polythene. So far, so good. Each of them has a price of 1.49 in capital letters. So I should have paid $4.50 instead of $7. Okay, it's not that much money, but it's my money and it sucks. Overpriced issue aside, these stones wear out much quicker than the previous stones I've used, although they seem to do a good job of removing calcium and iron from the toilet bowl. You'll just go through them much faster. I think you could probably find them at a dollar store and be content that you only have a dollar.
