This is easily the best shoulder strap I have found. The quality of the leather is excellent. The back offers excellent grip so that the item does not slip. They are also interchangeable as the clasps open to fit any 1.5 inch wide strap. They are available in different widths and colors. This is a real British saddle tan. I highly recommend these if you travel a lot with a shoulder bag or just use a shoulder bag, overall they are elegant and well made.
