Choose over ELF on brush sets
I think for 13.99 they are nice and there are a lot of brushes. You work for your price. I had a few brushes that didn't pick up the pigment well and my blending brush wore out while using it. However, most of the other brushes have worked and they are all very soft. If I were looking for cheaper brushes I would buy these, not elvish ones.
