Everyone loves these silicone controls. A bit tricky but I perfected this with a blunt tapestry needle that I use for crocheting. "Fold the rubber band. Slide the tapestry needle over the curved end. Thread the elastic through an eyelet on the buckle. Slide the buckle down towards the end. While holding everything in place, pull the elastic down to allow the needle to enter the other eye. Stretch the rubber band again. If the elastic is a little twisted, simply pull both ends of the elastic until it straightens out.
