My older lab mix has never liked dog beds, never used them, never had any interest. Until, noticing that she was having stiffness in her body, I ordered this one--Jumbo. Well now she won't get OFF the bed. She naps on it during the day, she sleeps on it during the night, and sometimes if she is feeling generous, she will share with the cats, who love it too (yes, they have their own beds). I am VERY happy with this product, although as an older person myself, I find it too hard to remove the cover to launder. So I clean it by hand, and I'm fine with that.
