I bought these to trim my bangs during non-salon time. I'm also growing into my natural colour, so it would be a good idea to trim off the last bits of faded brownish-blonde around the face. But even after watching a few professional videos, I was confused. It's not serious, but it's not good. However, I'm glad to have good, sharp left-handed scissors that aren't too expensive. It's good. But most of us shouldn't cut our hair. My former stylist claimed she spent $700 on her scissors. I don't think better tools would give me better results.
