
I really can't write a real review right now as I haven't had a chance to use it. This review is based on the terrible customer service provided by DJI and Revain Prime. I got the DJI RS 2 Pro Combo and right out of the box the sway bar slider didn't move. The locking mechanism is defective. When I notified Revain I was told I would have to contact DJI for a refund. I've been dealing with DJI for 2 days and haven't achieved anything!. They tell me to update the firmware and send instructions on how to set it up. I don't think anyone in tech support understands the DJI RS 2. It's so frustrating because now I've missed opportunities to work. I really regret not buying it from B&H Photo. Revain doesn't care if the products you buy are faulty and DJI's customer service is terrible. Thank goodness I had no problems with my Phantom 4. I will write a new review if I ever get my hands on a working DJI gimbal. Update: Revain stepped up and immediately thanked me when I explained to them that DJI had been looking for a replacement for me for too long. On my second call I was very satisfied with Revain's customer service. When I first called the person I was dealing with, maybe they were inexperienced.
