Both out of order on arrival
I needed one of these to service my FishMate filter. They were cheaper than OEM so I took a chance. (No) To my surprise, none of them worked on the installation. I was about to order a new bulb ballast but decided to get a different bulb instead. I have ordered a Tetra 19527 which the manufacturer claims is an exact replacement. When I installed Tetra it lit up straight away and works great. Yes, the bulb costs about 1.5 times as much, but it really works.
