5'6", 161 lbs, waist 31". US size fits perfectly. The shirt has a sporty cut that fits the figure well. The freedom of movement is sufficient and there were no snags when pulling up with the plate holder and steel plates. It feels fairly light and comfortable, although I can't comment on durability or performance in hot weather. If it performs well on my hog hunting trips I'll probably order more.
