My APBT Loki loves this food. He loves it so much that I use it as a dog treat too lol. He gained a lot of weight and now I'm starting to run and build muscle with him. He has a lot of energy and this food gives him what he needs to keep his antics going. I almost lost him last year because he ate some pecan shells in the garden which are poisonous to dogs. He was skin and bones with severe diarrhea and vomiting. He literally had a day or two left. He couldn't hold on to anything and eventually got to the point where he stopped eating. I took his food, mixed it with lots of water and force-fed him. This food helped him survive while the toxins slowly left his body and gave him enough energy to avoid death. Eventually he started eating more and after two weeks he looked better than before he started eating pecan shells! His fur is shiny and he no longer suffers from skin irritations. He's not even a year old so I feed him for free and give him lots of water. I would not recommend this unless your dog has a lot of energy or is an older dog because he will gain weight quickly.
