. I received them on August 3, 2021 and by the fourth run on August 8, 2021 they already stopped working. I followed the manufacturer's instructions for setting up/charging meticulously, and on the third day and after just 45 minutes of full use, they shut down without warning. There is no low battery notification or other alerts. dead in the water Thinking that maybe they just didn't get the initial full charge (I followed the charging instructions fully here too) I put them in the charger (which was also fully charged) and only the left earbud charged. I've removed and replaced the right earbud multiple times and was FINALLY able to get it to start charging. When charging was 'complete', which was indicated by the indicators on the headphones turning off, I assumed everything was fine. This morning, on my way to my fourth run, I took them out of the charging case and only the left earbud automatically turned on as it should. The right bud never came to life no matter what I did. They will be returned for a full refund. Very disappointed.
