I bought this large bedspread many years ago. After year round use he has held up well despite being a center kitten. A few claw holes were caught in Kitty's panic starts, but it still looked fine after countless washes. So I bought it again, this time in queen size, which is perfect for my 22 inch thick queen size mattress. The king size was too big and leaves material hanging on the floor which is a trip hazard. I was happy that the new one was of the same quality as the old one and the same colors. That was important because I also have a canopy and a shower curtain in the same pattern. I love it It's a bedspread so it doesn't need a skirt for bed. I prefer the clean lines of a bedspread over a quilt, which also comes in this pattern. Unfortunately it is not clear from the photos which is which, so it is important to read the descriptions. I hope the blanket is still there when it's time for the third round!
