Good rear derailleur but not for me

After installation it kept making that rattling noise but was well protected from the shift rod. On the second day I noticed that two polished screws that make up the top decoration were missing. I was able to find one and put it back in, but now there's another screw missing in a hole at the top. The rattling was due to most of the screws on the top being loose and you can't use the same wrench that comes with the kit. i get something else
