I love that it's easy to connect with my team in real time via video calls or voice chats. It also makes it very easy to schedule meetings as well so we can get work done together! The interface could be better - some of the icons are hard to find at times. If you're looking into getting this software, do yourself a favor and try out several different options before making yours choice. We use Ekosoft almost exclusively now because of how easy it is to communicate with our employees using their system. So far, no complaints about them at all! Easy communication between staff members, allowing us to easily set up training sessions online without having everyone there physically. Also allows us to have more frequent check ins with employees who might not live close by but still need access to important files they will be handling during normal business hours.
