Don't buy this. We've had bright rubber boots since my daughter learned to walk. So we ordered her because she outgrew her last year's. One of them stopped working after wearing it for the first time. Last night we kept smelling smoke and couldn't find it. Then he finally found the book SMOKING and the bottom had melted. WHAT ON EARTH?
