Soft but very fluffy
I had really high hopes for these towels - who doesn't want an organic and sustainable towel set? They are very soft and plush and I have them in a lovely cream color but unfortunately they are hairy. I've washed and dried them over a dozen times and every time I dry myself I'm covered in cotton fibers and dust. My skin feels uncomfortable, especially after applying a moisturizer. I refrained from returning it as I figured it might get better after numerous wash/dry cycles but no. And now the return window has passed for several months. Epic sadness. I would suggest that the manufacturer fix anything wrong with their manufacture that keeps these towels so damn shaggy. I've since found another brand.
