I want to support this product and the companies that offer this type of product as it has all the features I am looking for in a keyboard and it does it for It is very rare for companies to offer this kind of comprehensive features: backlit, wireless, rechargeable, full set of 10 keys, keyboard and mouse combo! I was so happy to find a company that offers this, but unfortunately, a lot of improvement is still needed. The USB charging port on the keyboard fell apart after 3 weeks. The battery life is terrible. I would rather buy AAA or AA batteries again as they at least last MUCH longer. The need to constantly charge the mouse and keyboard doesn't make the keyboard completely wireless, as you need to be constantly connected to the network to charge it. When using a battery-powered keyboard and mouse, I very rarely turned them off. Finally, the keyboard is quite heavy, but maybe that's typical of gaming keyboards? I hope this company can get better because I'm glad they at least try to offer a unique and rare product in this market.
