Based on our own experience, these blue light blocking glasses have significantly reduced eye strain that we used to experience after long hours of screen time. Also, our sleep quality has improved. The cat-eye design is stylish and comfortable on the nose. The cons are that they don't fit over prescription glasses and the frames may feel flimsy. Overall, we highly recommend these glasses to anyone who spends a lot of time in front of a screen.
