This organizer was just what I needed! I carry big wallets and they are dark bottomless holes. With this insert I can store my wallet, phone, keys and everything. As well as this insert, I still have room in my large purse to fit a water bottle and makeup bag. The handles are not very strong. When you pull it out, simply use the handles to lift it up far enough to release, then pull on the sides of the bag. They're not really meant to be used as pens just to take out of your purse, so be careful when they're full of things. It might be a little tricky to get it back easily. I also wish the interior was the same light color as the exterior so it would be easier to see inside in the niche of my purse. Instead, the inside is dark gray. Better than black, but not by much. Otherwise it's good. If I had known they had such cheap wallet organizers I would have bought them a hundred years ago. I need another to organize things in my car console.
