Slim waistband with no pull down
I'm small and often wear XS skirts and I couldn't even wear this "small" on my shoulders or hips. The belt was so tight I didn't even try to do the impossible, "Small" is made for petite girls. The fabric looks like it's from the 80s. I will donate it to Goodwill or one of my thrift stores with a label for the kids section.
