NOT adjustable in briefs
They are NOT regulated. The fabric is sewn together so the threads are useless. Medium, Large, and Extra Large fit my waist the same way. The top band is very tight so it digs into your skin and looks ugly. Now I have to find a matching floor from another brand. I am not happy.
