They were difficult to put together because the screws don't catch on the parts connecting the legs. When I finished assembling them I picked them up and they were crooked even though other people helped to keep them straight. We had them for a month and had to tighten them all about 3 times. They're not terribly uncomfortable, but the padding in them is kind of thoughtful - in the sense that you can feel it if you sit on them for a minute. Looks good but I wouldn't buy again. We're looking for a replacement.
