Just received my new shower head and installed it by hand in 3 minutes, absolutely no leaks. I've had to redesign quite a few top brand showerheads in the past to keep them from leaking, so I was immediately impressed with the front door. The product seems to be very durable and looks pretty good so I don't expect any problems with it for a long time. Plus, the pressure was amazing! Even better than my $70 Delta. I removed the flow restrictor prior to installation, so my opinion is based on a product WITHOUT a flow restrictor. If you have any doubts about the brand, rest assured that this is a high quality product.
