Well to be honest I'm not at all excited about this particular product. Although heated clothing is a newer practice and even considering it is a product that is still in development, there were still many issues with this product that needed improvement. Since I received this item, only one glove has actually turned on and warmed up. Although I try new batteries and check wire connections.2. The touchscreen function, like everything I've come across, doesn't work at all.3. Gloves wear out very quickly. (The seams on the palm broke within half a month of daily use and the battery latches broke within 2 days of use, so batteries often fall out.) that I got into my glove shortly after starting work and it didn't go away until it thrown in the dryer. Anything I wouldn't recommend as heated work gloves, but as a moderately cold weather protective gear option, or as a cheap pair or everyday glove until they wear out. I hope this review will help continue to develop a better product and bring the product to the right customer.
