I've been using one of these for almost two years and I love what it does for my skin and face. For quality comparison, the purple device was over $150 (it took me a while to pay for it, lol) and yes, it seems to be a little more durable, but it finally stopped working last month. I didn't pay an outrageous amount more to have it replaced so I was happy to buy this scam for less than $20! Although it works the same way, it just seems a lot easier. I don't know how long it will last but for the price it can be replaced if it only lasts a few months. I'm so confident that this product is in my arsenal of facial care products that I agree. The purpose of heat and vibration is to enhance nutrition and provide lymphatic drainage or otherwise improve circulation. I'm a 53-year-old former esthetician and I vouch that circulation is the key to more balanced skin. You will see an immediate difference in sagging and swelling, but this is only temporary. The more you use it, the better your skin will look, just like mine. I love trying new gadgets but I stick with what works best and I would recommend this type of product especially for mature skin.
