Review on 🛏️ Amrapur Overseas Antonella King Comforter Set, Mauve - 8-Piece Pleated Design by Karen West

I really wanted to love this bed linen, especially with all the great reviews, but I have to admit I was terribly disappointed. Although it was shipped and delivered quickly and it's quite a dusty pink color, the quality is not at all what I was hoping for. (Which says a lot because I usually buy bedding at Walmart and Target!) The bed skirt ripped when I first put it on. The stitching along the seams of both throw pillows also broke when I removed the tags and one of them arrived soiled and the other had padding sewn into the seam. I'm sure I can sew all these holes myself, but I'm afraid to wash the thing because I can't imagine carnage unless the material looks so much like tissue paper. (I'm also upset that the price dropped $15 the day mine arrived!) This will work until I can afford something higher - I bought it because my house recently burned down. I guess I can't be picky now, but I wouldn't recommend this set to anyone. Maybe that works with a little-used guest bed? In any case, buy at your own risk!
