Good. So I thought they would work well, but I thought they were fantastic. I got them for creating my YouTube content and doing small interviews. Most of the time I shoot with one of my mirrorless cameras (Panasonic G85 or Canon M50) but occasionally I shoot with my smartphone (Samsung Galaxy S7) and with this mic it doesn't matter which one I shoot with. because it works with both. I read that the battery lasts months and that is very important to me. I've shot all my videos with the Saramonic Wireless Lavalier system but that can be an issue at times as I have to use 4 AA batteries and the set up and size can be a bit distracting even when shooting outdoors. In all honesty, the only thing I could improve is the lack of a battery indicator. And this one will sound strange, because it's good and bad at the same time - the length of the cable. I want you to be able to choose a very long or short path. The cord is about 20 feet long, which is fine, but it can get in the way at times. I think it's okay that you can wind it up. Anyway, this mic has made my life easier while giving me clean/clear sound quality. I'm amazed at how hot the signal is. For $20, it really is a no brainer. I highly recommend this microphone.
