I bought this unit a little over a month ago and it works well, easy to assemble and more than strong enough to easily hold an Artemis Spectrum gaming headset. I see a few people in the comments talking about not being able to charge their phones with the headset, but I can easily charge my Note 10 with the saved headset just by shortening the headset a bit. However, I will admit that a wireless charger is very demanding, the phone needs to be in EXACTLY the right place to charge, which can be a bit of a hassle depending on where you place the headset mount. I can say if you buy a stand and your phone doesn't seem to charge, move the phone around a bit as it probably needs to be lined up exactly to charge, although it does charge (mine charges fast now, if I know the place for it).
