Some instructions required

Most pedals used in the US attach to the shaft with some sort of crescent wrench. There is a small portion of pedals that use a 5mm or 6mm allen wrench instead. If you watch some of the Park Tool videos, you'll hear it mentioned. When I first received these pedals and couldn't find the turnkey flats I was confused. Then I remembered the pedal repair video, looked at the end and there was a 6mm hex hole that Pak mentioned. Someone from UFOR should point out how to install this pedal on the box or on this page. If you break the norm, warn people. UFOR I reduced your bill for it. So grab your Allen key and stabilize the bike. Place the pedal on the crank and insert the Allen key from the back of the crank. It's difficult because the frame is in the way. It will require some manipulation, but you will be able to pedal. Do not use a set of allen wrenches (looks like a pocket knife) or a treble tool. They become bulky and fall into the frame. An Allen key is all you need. How's the pedal now? I put this on the mountain bike my son rides to school. He likes the pedal as it has a large landing zone, has good grip and doesn't tear the shoe. It gets the job done for its 2-mile commute. As for long rides, I have no idea.
