So far it looks like it's holding up well. My son is 8 months old 22lbs seems to like it and I think he will grow with him. He will stand alone and climb anything but can't quite walk yet but he is very persistent and allows him to climb around and pull himself up. It was easy to assemble, just put screws in each end of all the wood pieces. . An Allen key/wrench is included so you don't need your own tools to assemble. The reason I gave it 4 stars is because it costs $99. I expect the wood to be checked for quality before painting. I think they will be ok but as you can see in the photos there is paint/wood chips.
