When I opened my package I noticed how cheap and fragile the plastic part was. It would have been a better overall experience if I didn't even get it. But the stainless steel part is well made and fits to replace my orange 5 gallon Igloo water cooler, meaning no more pressing a tiny button and water leaking around it. The handle rests against the side of the cooler and prevents it from going to the "off" position, but just far enough that it's completely off and doesn't leak. It was easy to install and looks like it will last a long time.
