Very powdery best for face

I got this based on the reviews. First, I never buy loose powder because it's messy. I'll stick to that thought from now on. This product was very dirty and powdery. Okay, so shocking I think. But it wasn't transparent either. It turned my skin white. Then when I tried to shake off the excess that was left, it got a bit sticky. Not to mention it lays on my laugh lines and makes them terribly prominent. For the price I paid for it I expected more. I think I'll try Walgreens and get setting powder there.
