Well, this thing comes in a very nice box. Looks expensive and pricey out of the box. In the box you get the device (one reel pre-installed), a micro USB cable and 2 additional reels. I noticed that one reviewer mentioned that there are no additional cutscenes. They're hidden at the bottom of the box, so she/he might have missed them, but mine had them. There was nothing good about that. Very light and cheaply made. The roller's friction was quite high and it was well made, but the device itself isn't strong enough to rotate when touching a callus. just a little pressure and the thing stops. several stops. It only worked for me the first time. The second time I decided to use it, I noticed that it stopped spinning as soon as it touched my skin. Looks like something inside has been damaged and the reel can no longer spin. I tried swapping the reel and it was easy to replace. As simple as replacing a toilet paper roll. Remember that the two ends of the roll are not similar, so you can only install it one way. The charge indicator doesn't say anything either, while according to the indicator the battery should have 3 levels, there is only one indicator at the bottom! It turns on when you're charging and off when not charging. No battery status display. All in all, I cannot recommend this product. There is still a lot of work to be done.
