Review on ๐Ÿงณ Luggage Packing Organizers with Laundry Compartments by Crystal Drake

Revainrating 4 out of 5

Great for organization, but beware of overweighting all that stuff!

Like many reviewers, I had my doubts about the packaging of the cubes. (Why does adding cubes take up less space?) But I'm a convert. Just for the record, unlike most travelers, I don't mind checking my bag. Actually I prefer. I really hate lugging an overstuffed bag onto a plane, struggling to lift it over my head and picking it up at the end of the flight. I want to go to my seat and relax with something to tuck under the seat in front of me. To me, the benefit of cubes isn't how much more fits in a suitcase, although it's true - if you roll up your clothes, you CAN fit a lot more stuff. But what I really like is the way it organizes your clothes. So when you arrive at your destination, it's much easier to find what you need without going through layers of clothing. However, I would warn you. Remember, the more things you can fit, the heavier your bag will be. Of course it's obvious. But all airlines have baggage weight restrictions, and smaller airlines can be pretty picky about this. (For example, I fly from London to the Channel Islands with Aurigny Air. They are VERY strict about carry-on luggage and the weight of a (checked) bag. Although these cubes allowed me to pack a wide range of clothes, I ended up sending several pounds Home laundry (which was quite expensive but worth it for the light weight as I travel alone and don't want to lug a monster through 3 airports) I only used it for one trip but I was happy with it's function The zippers were solid and moved easily The material seems to be of good quality and I like the bright yellow color I bought.

Pros
  • Very good price
Cons
  • Modern
